Club Shoes nasce nell’estate del 2010 dalla collaborazione tra Francesco Bonetti e Mireno Fanucchi.
“Siamo fortemente convinti che la calzatura in toscana non sia un prodotto industriale, ma artigianato che appartiene al patrimonio storico e culturale della nostra bellissima regione.”

- Buying office: Non produciamo direttamente, ma cooperando e servendoci di selezionate fabbriche nella zona di Lucca possiamo produrre i nostri campioni selezionati per grandi catene nazionali ed internazionali.
About Us
Club Shoes was created in the summer of 2010 through a partnership of Francesco Bonetti and Mireno Fanucchi.
“We strongly believe that footwear in Tuscany is not an industrial product, but craftsman that belongs to the historical and cultural heritage of our beautiful area."
We offer:
- Research and production development.
- Buying office: We don't produce in out facility, but through the cooperation with selected factories in the greater Lucca area. This enables us to make production based on our extensive sample range.

Abbiamo un personale molto preparato. Ad ogni persona è assegnato un limitato gruppo di clienti che devono assistere per ogni necessità. I clienti sono invitati a contattare il nostro team per ogni esigenza.
Allo stesso tempo il nostro team assiste le fabbriche in ogni passo della produzione fornendo le necessarie informazioni per il packaging e la spedizione.
Il controllo qualità è costante, il nostro addetto visita quotidianamente le fabbriche per controllare e tenere informato l’ufficio sull’avanzamento.
Logistica: Anche se le merci non partono dal nostro sito, il nostro team controlla che le fabbriche eseguano la corretta procedura di spedizione, anche collaborando con gli spedizionieri.

We are available to assist our customers at all times during the selection and production process.
We have an experienced team of associates who each works with their specific group of customers.
Our experienced staff follow the order process from the start to the finish including fit, production, packaging, and finally shipping using each customers freight forwarder.
Quality Control is most important to us. Our Quality Control staff visit the factories to help oversee production and to assure an on time quality product.
Logistics: Even though production does not leave from our site, our team assures that the proper documentation and shipping procedures are followed for each client.
History
Mireno is our guru
Siamo fieri di avere come nostro leader una persona che può vantare cinquant’anni di esperienza nel settore.
Nella sua carriera ha lavorato e sviluppato collezioni con i maggiori retailers europei e anche mondiali.
We are proud to have as our leader an individual with fifty years experience in the shoe industry.
During his career he has developed collections and worked with key European retailers as well as the top retailers throughout the world.
The beginning
Nel 1970 Mireno comincia a lavorare per una azienda locale. La loro clientela riguarda il mercato italiano e tra questi vi è la Bata Italia.
Con quest’ulitma ancora oggi Mireno mantiene una forte e duratura collaborazione.
Il 1978 vede l’espansione nel mercato europeo comincando a lavorare con Mark and Spencer in Inghilterra e con Eram in Francia.
Nel 1980 partecipa alle fiere del Micam e Riva Schuh con un proprio stand .
Negli anni ’80 inizia il suo duraturo lavoro per il mercato americano, cominciando a lavorare con Candies e Edison Brothers Group.
Dal 1990 al 1992 partecipa alla fiera di Las Vegas e comincia a lavorare con Payless e Marshall.
Quest’ultimo continuano ancor oggi ad essere un cliente chiave.
Il 1996 vede l’approdo sul mercato australiano grazie alla collaborazione con Shoe Movers.
Nel 2000 Mireno comincia a lavorare con Clarks England, rapporto che dura ancora oggi.
2009 inzia il business con il mercato coreano e giapponese.
In 1970 Mireno began work for a local factory. Their client base was the Italian market including Bata Italy.
To this day Mireno maintains a strong and continuing relationship with Bata.
1978 saw the expansion in Europe working with Marks and Spencer in England and with Eram in France.
In 1980 he participated at Micam and Riva Schuh with his own stand.
The 1980’s saw the beginning of his long involvement with the US. Market, starting with Candies and the Edison Brothers Group.
From 1990 to 1992 he exhibited at the Las Vegas Show and he began to work with Payless Shoes and Marshalls.
Marshalls continues to this day to be a key customer.
1996 saw the beginning of business with Australia starting with Shoe Movers.
In 2000 Mireno began to work with the Clarks of England Group, which continues even today.
2009 saw the beginning of business in Korea and Japan.
Today
Nel 2010, dopo 15 anni in Club Tre, Mireno fonda con suo nipote Francesco la Club Shoes srl.
Nel 2013 cominciano a lavorare con Easy Street e il loro brand Tuscany by Easy Street grazie al quale i loro articoli sono venduti su internet.
Oggi il business continua a crescere grazie ai loro maggiori clienti sparsi in tutto il mondo.
In 2010, following 15 years with Club Tre, Mireno established, along with his nephew Francesco, Club Shoes.
In 2013 they began to work with Easy Street Shoes and their brand Tuscany by Easy Street. This saw that brand being sold on the Internet.
Today the business continues to grow and prosper thanks to their many customers all over the world.

Factories
LUX SHOES SRL, viene fondata nel 2015 da Simone e Stefania, i quali prima di mettersi in proprio hanno lavorato per vent’anni per la Lux srl maturando la propria esperienza e conoscondo MIreno nel 1996.
L’azienda si propone di essere dinamica e moderna, con uno sguardo particolamente interessato al mercato internazionale.
CALZATURIFICIO SPES, è fondato nel 1987 da Marco Bruno Zanarini.
E’ un’azienda a conduzione familiare. Hanno cominciato a lavorare con Mireno dal 2005 e in tutti questi anni ha prodotto ininterrottamente Made in Italy per il mercato europeo e americano. Particolarmente specializzata nel sandalo.
Entrambe vantano gli audit etici SMETA PILLAR-2, e sono periodicamente sottoposte agli audit dei nostri clienti.
LUX SHOES SRL, established on 2015 by Simone and Stefania.
Before they established a their own factory they worked for twenty years in Lux,where they got their experience and met Mireno in 1996.
The new company intends to be dynamic and fresh, by a specific focus of interntional markets.
CALZATURIFICIO SPES, is established in 1987 by Marco Bruno Zanarini.
It is a family run business, they began to work with Mireno since 2005 and in all these years it has uninterruptedly produced Made in Italy for the European and American market. Particularly specialized in sandal.
Both have SMETA PILLAR-2 ethical audits, and are periodically audited by our customers.
Making the samples

Studying and creating the collection in our show room or in head office
Mireno develops the collection with input from our designers Giorgio and Andrea. Of course we are available to develop specific sample ranges to meet the need of each of our customers.
Mireno sviluppa la collezione da solo e con la collaborazione dei nostri modellisti Giorgio e Andrea. E' possibile sviluppare la collezione anche con il cliente nei nostri uffici.

Making the prototype
Our designers Giorgio and Andrea begin the design process by creating sketches and then by cutting the actual paper patterns.

Selecting materials
We pay great attention to the selection of the materials.
Prestiamo grande attenzione alla scelta dei materiali.

Cutting and stiching
Uppers, socks and linings are cut and stitched by hand in our sample plant by our experienced craftspeople.
Tomaie, soletti e fodere sono tagliate e cucite a mano nella nostra modelleria grazie ad esperti lavoratori.
5)
Lasting
We last the samples on our small conveyor. Franco with his fifty years of experience is responsible for this process.
Il montaggio avviene nella nostra piccola manovia. L'addetto è Franco che vanta cinquant'anni di esperienza.

Fitting session
We check the fit of the samples using our two fit models who are part of our customer service team.
Possiamo provare le calzate nel nostro ufficio grazie alla presenza nel personale di due donne con 37 standard.

Recording the sample
Our team record each sample. Tagging, making the picture, recording on our database and catalog.
Il nostro team registra ogni campione. Lo etichetta, lo fotografa e lo archivia nel nostro database e nel catalogo.

Packing and Shipping
We can ship the samples directly from our sample plant using our customers specific shipping agent.
Alla fine imballiamo e spediamo direttamente dalla nostra modelleria. I corrieri internazionali passano ogni giorno.

Desideriamo avere un atteggiamento responsabile assicurando che stabilimenti, attrezzature, prodotti e servizi rispondano ad elevati standard di qualità, salute e sicurezza, rispetto dell'ambiente e responsabilità sociale.
Per questi motivi oltre a pretendere un sempre accurato rispetto delle normative vigenti, siamo membri SEDEX e collaboriamo con compagnie internazionali indipendenti e certificate specializzate negli audit quali Intertek, Bureau Veritas, SGS e UL sottoponendo le nostre fabbriche collaboratrice, almeno ogni 24 mesi, ad audit per la certificazione SMETA PILLAR 2.
Abbiamo un accurato processo di controllo di qualità, svolto grazie alla presenza costante nelle fabbriche attraverso il nostro personale specializzato con pluridecennale esperienza.
Per quanto riguarda l’export USA, le nostre fabbriche hanno sostenuto gli audit relativi al programma CTAP.
I nostri prodotti vengono sottoposti costantemente ad analisi chimiche al fine di rispettare pienamente il regolamento REACH ed in particolare l’annesso XVII “lista di sostanze sottoposte a restrizioni”.
Quotidianamente dal nostro ufficio vengono spediti campioni di materiali o prodotti finiti prelevati casualmente dalla produzione verso i laboratori certificati quali Intertek, SGS, UL, Hansa Control.

We promise to have a responsible attitude by ensuring that our production equipment, products and services meet high standards of quality, health and safety and with respect for the environment and social responsibility.
For these reasons , as well as meeting the accurate compliance with current regulations, we are a member of SEDEX and collaborate with independent and certified international companies specialized in audits and testing. These are some of the companies we use - Intertek, Bureau Veritas, SGS and UL. We also do audits of our factories in order to maintain our SMETA PILLAR 2 certification.
We utilize a quality control process incorporating our technical staff who have many years of experience in all phases of footwear production.
With regard to US exports our factories audits comply with the C-TPAT program.
Our products are constantly subjected to chemical analysis in order to fully comply with REACH regulations and in particular the annex XV11 "list of substances subject to restrictions".
We submit random samples of material and or finished production to certified laboratories such as Intertek, SGS, UL and Hansa Control to assure we are in compliance with all regulations.
